When I initially called, the operator was very helpful and professional. She confirmed all of my information (last name is "Boden" by the way) and also stated I would receive an e-mail before the visit with photos of the technitian who would come to my house. However the e-mail did not come through until hours after the technitians had already left our house and the technitians who came were different than who she had said would be coming. The technitians were very polite, professional and informative. Having spoken to a few coworkers who had similar work done recently, we found the prices to be rather high for this type of service. But we did appreciate the prompt and professional service.

I would recommend Precision to everyone. Stu the technician was courteous, very experienced and honest about the condition of my garage door. I found Precision Door on the web. Same day repair is what caught my eye! It was a pleasant experience from that point on. From the friendly gal that made the appointment, to the prompt arrival of Mike. I had 2 doors that were in need of repair. Mike explained everything before starting his work, and in about 45 minutes I had two working doors, that worked better that they ever had before. Mike was a super nice guy, and his work was top notch. The entire process from the time I called to schedule, to the finished job took about 3 and a half hours. Incredible. When my wife came home, I got a big hug.

I contacted Precision due to the excellent reviews and attention to detail on the website- I really liked the employee photos and message about safety. Both the technicians who I dealt with were on time, professional and informative regarding both the problem with my carriage doors and possible solutions. I now have 2 working and quiet garage doors. I called you when the cable broke (I thought) on my garage door. I was given an appointment time between 5 and 7PM and asked that the tech call before he came. About 5:40 Mike called and said he would be here around 6:00 and we agreed he would call when he arrived. AT 6:00 he called to tell me that he was here and I went out to meet him and open the service door. When we (he) inspected the problem, it showed that the cable did not break but had come off of the drum. Mike then said he has going to try to reset the door. After working on it for some time, even though he wanted to keep trying to make the old system work, upon seeing the condition of one of the old drums, I made the decision to go with the conversion. He then proceeded to do a very professional job of converting my old system. One other thing that impressed me was the appointment email, It really gave me a "warm fuzzy" that I had picked a good company. I figured anyone who posts their employee's pictures on that email was not about to rip me off.

Brian, Joe was knowledgeable and very courteous, a top knotch employee. I will be looking to replace the door and opener in spring if your prices are competitive. My only concern is that I am a 100% disabled vet and live on a fixed income so I will have to see when I get some estimates. Recommend you consider a veteran discount for your future promotionals. Prompt service. Called when he was on his way. Pointed out what was broken and needed repair as well as what was wearing but not yet broken. Provided separate quotes for fixing the broken parts and another quote for what it would cost to also replace the worn parts. Helpfully gave a ball-park estimate as to how long the wearing parts would last so I could decide what I currently wanted to replace. He had a pre-emptive, informative, but not overly pushy approach. Courteous, and quick repair.

I had Precision work on my garage in Brown Deer and they did a great job. When my tenant called and informed me about the garage door falling off the tracks, Precision was the first company I called. The installer who did the job was very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the process when he was complete with his work. i would recommend Tom anytime because his work speaks for itself. The garage looks great with a new look. I would give Tom a 5 for his professional work and how he presented himself to me and my tenant.

We needed someone to come out the same day as our garage door would not close. I had a different company scheduled for 2 days later but when I found that Precision could make it that day, I cancelled the other appointment. Mike was there on time and was friendly and knowledgable.

The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. Mike Sukup responded and evaluated the condition, explained the status and gave me options to assure that the door system would operate reliably in the future. He replaced the springs, brackets, roller system, made adjustments to eliminate drafts and tested the motor. He obviously has great skills in this work. He is an asset to your company. Now we do not have to be concerned about door system failure or an accident.
