I live now in a gated community. The property manager has refused to replace the garage door for 15 months. A few days a go the door became wedged and I had a difficult time closing it. I am confined in a wheelchair. In the past at three other homes I owned, Precision replaced the garage doors. Mike inspected, gave me a written safety/replacement cost report. Mike oiled the door and it was able to close it smoother than before. I told Mike I would give the report to management, to show the hazardous condition the door is in. Management four weeks ago replaced it with a new one. Mike G. was very knowledgeable and a real professional. He answered all my question, honestly.

On Tuesday 24th October Mike G came to repair my garage coil spring. After checking the door Mike gave me my options and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing any option, which I greatly appreciated. Mike was very courteous and answered all my questions then proceded to repair the door. I believe that Mike is an asset to your company and I will not hesitate to recommed Precision and Mike!

The web site was easy to use and the folks on the phone were terrific in scheduling a visit on the same day we called. The technician was courteous and on time and explained everything very carefully. All in all this was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor.

Our garage door repair was completed by Mike and I was very impressed with his professional explanation of what was broken, what had to be repaired or replaced and various options. He replaced rollers, springs, shaft, cable, etc. I found your company searching on line. I will be a lifetime customer based on the great service and work done by Mike. He is a great asset to your company.

A job well done. Stu was there on time, he gave me a quick break down on what he needed to do and suggested new rollers for the door. He was in and out in under an hour. The prices were a little higher than expected but there wasn't any high pressure sales and my broken spring was fixed quicker than expected.

I was amazed at the service provided by Stu Ellenberger. Not only did he make the repair look easy but gave a clear explanation of each step in the repair. Service companies need more personnel like Stu. I would recommend your company to anyone without reservation. Thanks again for a speedy and reasonable cost for the repair.

Mike was the technician that replaced our broken tension spring. First thing...he was on time! (Not something I've come to expect when given a time frame window from most companies). Secondly, he was very professional - yet down to earth, he spoke with us on our level without talking over our heads regarding technical terms. Thirdly, he knew his stuff, explained everything as I asked questions about everything he was doing and why. He went over every detail and even went over general maintenance things to ensure we got the most life of our garage door opener. He was simply great, if I ever need anything fixed again I'll be requesting Mike...I suggest you do the same. Overall wonderful service in a timely fashion.
