Keep up the good work! Mike is a superstar! This house belonged to my grandparents many moons ago. I inherited it about 2 years ago and it means a lot to me, as my memories go back as far as I can remember. I do not live in it because of location, but I will never sell it. Mike took the time to listen to my story, and then got right to work fixing my problem with the sensors. He also looked over the entire door, including the rails and wheels, and proceeded to inform me of the good and not so good going forward. He made me feel like I was his only customer today. He also knows what he's doing (not fake) The marked trucks, the confirmation emails, and the friendly knowledgeable service all works for me. Precision will be my first call for any and all garage door repair. Thanks so much, Gary Melinski

Our garage door broke on a Sunday. We called that day and made an appointment for the next day. Mike was here in the time that was stated. He was very friendly and honest about the two different types of springs and the cost of each. He stated we needed roller bearings and the rest of the door was in good shape. If we ever need a new garage door or know someone that does, we would highly recommend Precision for the job. Great workmanship!!!!! Thanks

Jim did a nice job of explaining everything. He was very friendly and polite. He also gave me some advice....do not use WD40 on your door to lubricate it, it will ruin your rollers! Thanks for the advice and great service!

I called a few garage door places for estimates and most of them were in and out in 10 minutes with minimal measurements and questions on what I was looking for. But Jim from Precision measured thoroughly, asked what type of things I was looking for, and was very honest. He was at my house for over 45 minutes. Tom and another young man installed my door and were just as patient and thorough explaining the features of my new door/opener. The garage door looks outstanding, functions great, and took only a few hours to install. Fantastic experience

Steve was very professional and was on time and quickly introduced himself. Both of my springs and the both cables were broken and Steve had the job done within an hour. After coming home from vacation with my classic car and finding the garage would not open, I was very concerned that the car would spend days outside. Steve and the people from Precision did an excellent job and my car is safe back in its' home. Thank you very much and I would and will recommend Precision to anyone who needs their expertise.

Excellent service. We noticed at the time of install the wall mount kit may have a defective LCD display near the bottom of the screen. I'm waiting till the unit is fully charged to see if anything changes. Ends up that everything was fine. I would recommend your organization to others.

All I can say is WOW. We found out our spring was broken at 7:35am. I found this company thru a Google search at 8:30am and they showed up at my house and had the door fixed by 10:30am. Rarely does this level of service exist with contractors. Also, we had all our rollers upgraded to nylon and two new springs and new bearings put in. I didn't realize how loud our door was until now. It's now whisper quite and ultra smooth. I highly recommend using Precision and we'll surely keep their contact info for future needs.
