Mike was knowledgable and intelligent. He knew his product and spoke well. He looked things over and gave us a recommendation. I was really impressed he took the time to look at our garage door opener and let us know it was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. Very nice young man and very thorough in his descriptions and commentary about the doors available.

We'll call you again for our repair needs on the garage door.

The technician arrived on time and completed the repair in a professional manner. He fully explained what repairs were needed before commencing with the repair and reviewed the status of the door system after the repair. I was impressed. I was referred to Precision by National Door. They were unable to give me same day service and named your company when I asked for a referral. I'll probably stay with you for any future work.

I'd like to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from one of your workers, Mike G. not only did a great repair job on my garage door, he went far beyond that. Mike also found the appropriate lamp cover for the garage light that had broken and delivered it to my home the following day. It was such a delight to find that outstanding customer service still exists!! I can assure you that with this type of service I will bring all future business needs to your company as well as gladly share your firms name with friends.
