Chose Precision because their Yellow page add was the largest and most professional looking. Stu and his helper inspected my garage door and suggested several options to repair it. We went with the full repair and adjustment package. They replaced both springs, bearings, cables, drums and all door rollers. They then mounted a better bearing/track support and replaced the track car that was wearing out from wear. Finally they adjusted and lubricated the entire range of moving parts on the door. This was all performed in about an hour. The door now runs smoother and quieter than I can ever remember. I am very pleased with their workmanship and don't expect to have any problems with the door for many years to come. Thank you again.

Great experience all around. Outstanding customer service. I was able to immediately schedule the appointment. Service technicians arrived exactly when they said they would. Performed work requested. And after evaluation, they found some other issues with the garage door that I didn't realize were problems. They explained the issues to me and asked if I wanted to pursue those fixes. They were able to do the fixes while they were here, and the difference in performance is amazing --- way quieter and smoother. They also recommended against some other work I was considering (replace the sweep) explaining that my issue is with the concrete floor. Thank you very much, I'm so glad I found you.
