Keep up the good work! Mike is a superstar! This house belonged to my grandparents many moons ago. I inherited it about 2 years ago and it means a lot to me, as my memories go back as far as I can remember. I do not live in it because of location, but I will never sell it. Mike took the time to listen to my story, and then got right to work fixing my problem with the sensors. He also looked over the entire door, including the rails and wheels, and proceeded to inform me of the good and not so good going forward. He made me feel like I was his only customer today. He also knows what he's doing (not fake) The marked trucks, the confirmation emails, and the friendly knowledgeable service all works for me. Precision will be my first call for any and all garage door repair. Thanks so much, Gary Melinski

I saw Precision Door's ad in the Yellow Pages and was impressed by their full page ad. I was very satisfied with the service technician Ken Fogler. He was courteous, professional and explained everything in good detail. I needed a new garage door opener. Ken also explained other recommendations such as springs and cables.

Jim did a nice job of explaining everything. He was very friendly and polite. He also gave me some advice....do not use WD40 on your door to lubricate it, it will ruin your rollers! Thanks for the advice and great service!

Steve was very professional and was on time and quickly introduced himself. Both of my springs and the both cables were broken and Steve had the job done within an hour. After coming home from vacation with my classic car and finding the garage would not open, I was very concerned that the car would spend days outside. Steve and the people from Precision did an excellent job and my car is safe back in its' home. Thank you very much and I would and will recommend Precision to anyone who needs their expertise.

I wonder why the next day when I tried to close the door and it stop and went back up. Again in the afternoon tried to close the door and it did go down. Still wonder what happened the first time that it would not close. Praying it will not happen again. It was a very costly repair.

I had my garage door break and needed replacement. I normally do not respond to surveys, however I felt the (2) repair men did such an outstanding job, I had to provide comments. Their customer service was excellent and because of my experience with them I would hands down recommend your company to others. I want to make sure that Precision knows that they are very fortunate to have quality individuals working and representing their company. Please reward these (2)technicians they deserve it. Sincerely, Jose Dominguez (Happy Customer!!!)
