I was amazed at the service provided by Stu Ellenberger. Not only did he make the repair look easy but gave a clear explanation of each step in the repair. Mike was the technician that replaced our broken tension spring. First thing...he was on time! (Not something I've come to expect when given a time frame window from most companies). Secondly, he was very professional - yet down to earth, he spoke with us on our level without talking over our heads regarding technical terms. Thirdly, he knew his stuff, explained everything as I asked questions about everything he was doing and why. He went over every detail and even went over general maintenance things to ensure we got the most life of our garage door opener. He was simply great, if I ever need anything fixed again I'll be requesting Mike...I suggest you do the same. Overall wonderful service in a timely fashion.

Excellent experience. After a house painting this spring I decided to have the garage door replaced. Stu came to my home, on time, and mentioned he could upgrade the door I had priced earlier and it would be $100 less. Then he saves me another $100 by suggesting I use a valpac coupon. I didn't have one so he gets one for me. Then he asks if I want the new door installed that afternoon. Fine with me. Tom shows up several hours later and does a great job. Old one out and new one installed in about 3 hours. The door looks good and operates well. Just a very pleasant experience.

Mike did a FANTASTIC job repairing our garage door. It broke at 5pm and our vehicles were stuck inside. Our door is 300 lbs., so there was no way we were going to be able to get to work on time in the morning. I called the number from the website and they gave me a window from 8pm-10pm when the service technician would arrive. He called at 8:45 to let us know he would be there in 15 min. He was extremely professional and kind even though he had been working since 6am that morning. It wasn't an easy job as our door is apparently a very tight fit. He got the job done efficiently and the door hasn't been this quiet since we moved here. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Mike Gonyo! Keep up the outstanding work!

I found Precision Door on the web. Same day repair is what caught my eye! It was a pleasant experience from that point on. From the friendly gal that made the appointment, to the prompt arrival of Mike. I had 2 doors that were in need of repair. Mike explained everything before starting his work, and in about 45 minutes I had two working doors, that worked better that they ever had before. Mike was a super nice guy, and his work was top notch. The entire process from the time I called to schedule, to the finished job took about 3 and a half hours. Incredible. When my wife came home, I got a big hug.

Both the technicians who I dealt with were on time, professional and informative regarding both the problem with my carriage doors and possible solutions. I now have 2 working and quiet garage doors. I called you when the cable broke (I thought) on my garage door. I was given an appointment time between 5 and 7PM and asked that the tech call before he came. About 5:40 Mike called and said he would be here around 6:00 and we agreed he would call when he arrived. AT 6:00 he called to tell me that he was here and I went out to meet him and open the service door. When we (he) inspected the problem, it showed that the cable did not break but had come off of the drum. Mike then said he has going to try to reset the door. After working on it for some time, even though he wanted to keep trying to make the old system work, upon seeing the condition of one of the old drums, I made the decision to go with the conversion. He then proceeded to do a very professional job of converting my old system. One other thing that impressed me was the appointment email, It really gave me a "warm fuzzy" that I had picked a good company. I figured anyone who posts their employee's pictures on that email was not about to rip me off.

Brian, Joe was knowledgeable and very courteous, a top knotch employee. I will be looking to replace the door and opener in spring if your prices are competitive. My only concern is that I am a 100% disabled vet and live on a fixed income so I will have to see when I get some estimates. Recommend you consider a veteran discount for your future promotionals. A job well done. Stu was there on time, he gave me a quick break down on what he needed to do and suggested new rollers for the door. He was in and out in under an hour. The prices were a little higher than expected but there wasn't any high pressure sales and my broken spring was fixed quicker than expected.
