Mike was knowledgable and intelligent. He knew his product and spoke well. He looked things over and gave us a recommendation. I was really impressed he took the time to look at our garage door opener and let us know it was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. Very nice young man and very thorough in his descriptions and commentary about the doors available.

The technician arrived on time and completed the repair in a professional manner. He fully explained what repairs were needed before commencing with the repair and reviewed the status of the door system after the repair. I was impressed. I was referred to Precision by National Door. They were unable to give me same day service and named your company when I asked for a referral. I'll probably stay with you for any future work.

The technician made me aware of a safety hazard involving the springs. He also gave me information on why the door was usually going back up when I tried to close it and fixed the problem. He arrived during the time window I was given and was polite and professional throughout the repair.
