Great experience. Called to have our garage door repaired and they were able to get a service technician out within a few hours. The technician quickly fixed the problem and went above and beyond what needed to be repaired (which we appreciated). Would highly recommend this company!

Precision Overhead Door made my day!!!! My appointment was arranged for the same day that I called which is great customer service. I am still waiting for a call from a competitor. My technician Chris, arrived right on time and took the time to explain to me exactly what occurred to cause my door to break as well as providing several options to choose from for my repair. The spring on the garage was replaced quickly and allowed me to continue with my errands for the day.

I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with Precision from the initial phone call to have a service technician come out to take a look at our door to the signing of the contract to having a new door installed. Every step was thoroughly explained and the tech was sure to give us all the options available. Oh, and by the way, he also helped carry in the UPS packages that were delivered when he was here. We look forward to the installation of our new door. Thanks to Mike our tech. I would not hesitate recommending Precision!
