I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with Precision from the initial phone call to have a service technician come out to take a look at our door to the signing of the contract to having a new door installed. Every step was thoroughly explained and the tech was sure to give us all the options available. Oh, and by the way, he also helped carry in the UPS packages that were delivered when he was here. We look forward to the installation of our new door. Thanks to Mike our tech. I would not hesitate recommending Precision!

We needed same day service as both cars were in our garage. We were given a time for the service and when that could not be quite met, we were called and informed of the later time. I live now in a gated community. The property manager has refused to replace the garage door for 15 months. A few days a go the door became wedged and I had a difficult time closing it. I am confined in a wheelchair. In the past at three other homes I owned, Precision replaced the garage doors. Mike inspected, gave me a written safety/replacement cost report. Mike oiled the door and it was able to close it smoother than before. I told Mike I would give the report to management, to show the hazardous condition the door is in. Management four weeks ago replaced it with a new one. Mike G. was very knowledgeable and a real professional. He answered all my question, honestly.
