I live now in a gated community. The property manager has refused to replace the garage door for 15 months. A few days a go the door became wedged and I had a difficult time closing it. I am confined in a wheelchair. In the past at three other homes I owned, Precision replaced the garage doors. Mike inspected, gave me a written safety/replacement cost report. Mike oiled the door and it was able to close it smoother than before. I told Mike I would give the report to management, to show the hazardous condition the door is in. Management four weeks ago replaced it with a new one. Mike G. was very knowledgeable and a real professional. He answered all my question, honestly.

On Tuesday 24th October Mike G came to repair my garage coil spring. After checking the door Mike gave me my options and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing any option, which I greatly appreciated.
