Our garage door cable came unwound and the door got jammed in the tracks on a Sunday. Precision had a tech out to fix it on Monday morning. Mike is a super nice and knowledgeable guy and got us up and running in about an hour. I really like the way the company operates electronically. They confirmed the appointment by email, took payment via the tech's tablet, and within minutes after I paid I received an emailed invoice, receipt and thank-you from the owner.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service that Precision Door delivered. We called to make an appointment thinking perhaps it would be a few days to have someone out to our home, but we were happy that they could come the very next day. Our service technician, Dave, was polite, professional, timely and very knowledgeable. We knew that we needed new springs on the door, but he assessed the entire door and was able to make important recommendations to us. We highly recommend Precision Door, a 10 out of 10!!

Precision Door Service was able to come out to us after 6pm. With our busy schedule, Stu was able to make the appointment and repair our broken spring in a timely matter. He made appropriate recommendations and did not try to push me into purchasing any services. I would use them again.

My rating is five stars, that's why I called Precision for this first time. After my failed attempt to replace the torsion springs, Mike repaired my garaged door in no time at all. Mike also gave me some very good advise on maintaining and caring for the door to insure best level of operation. I plan on calling back soon to have Mike replace the bottom weather stripping on the door. The garage is heated so this will help save on heating cost.

Your Tech Mike was fantastic. I thought he was a doctor preparing for surgery the way he examined each door component. When it was all said and done I knew what it was going to cost me. However, your Tech said "Your unit is in good shape, we will only charge you for a tune up". I'm so happy you and your Tech are honest in regards to charging for parts and repairs not needed. You are the only company on my list when it comes to garage repairs. Thanks Tech for a job well done.

First, I was told that your guys would show up sometime between 8 and 10 and would call to let me know they were or their way. Instead they just showed up at 8:00. more importantly, the whole reason I contacted you was my interest in a wooden garage door which are prominently displayed on your website. However, I learned immediately that that you do not have wooden doors. It would have been a time savings to your company if someone had taken 5 minutes to debrief me on my interest when I first called in.

Dave is a very personable guy. There were a couple of problems with the previous service call that he fixed: 1. The spring was not tight enough, 2. A part of the spring either was never tightened or had somehow loosened. I called because the cable had come off, which he fixed in addition to tightening the spring & securing whatever hadn't been. He pointed out some potential problems & fixes.The door sounds much better-tight, no noise.

Chose company based on yellow page ad, because they offered service in Brown Deer, WI. Opted for a new opener, rather than a repair, because I wanted both a functioning key-pad entry outside the garage door, & a car remote that actually worked. Plus chose to get new springs, cables & brackets on garage door, so they wouldn't wear on the new opener the way they did the previous one. Mike was excellent (5 stars!), explained options clearly, & was more than competent in his installation work & new product instructions.
