Coldest day of the year. Came installed in a couple hours, done. At first I was unsure, since there was only one choice, but after 6 months, I love it. Programmable, outside key pad, closes automatically, and a phone app, that tells me when the door opens, and if it's currently open or closed.

I called Precision regarding a broken garage door spring on Tuesday night and they had a technician, Jezrel, at my house at 11am on Wednesday. Jezrel was great. Was extremely pleased with the service rendered by Precision Door. Could not open the door with my car in the garage. Called for service at approximately 7:30 AM, . Precision service technician arrived around 10:00 that morning. Broken spring was fixed within the hour. Technician also recommended replacing rollers and drums on the door to insure the door will continue to operate without problems for a longer period of time. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

I am very disappointed with Precision Door. My garage door broke on June 8th and had to buy a new garage door. The new door won't be installed until June 29th, 3 weeks without a garage. I would have hoped a garage door could be installed in a more timely manner. My opinion, 3 weeks is too long to be without your garage.

The technician really looked at my garage door/opener to determine the cause of problems and then patiently explained all of my options. I asked him to replace everything but the door, and he stayed until almost 8 PM to complete the job. I certainly appreciated his efforts and the same day service!

I got a LiftMaster Belt Drive Opener with MyQ Technology and a hardware overhaul package. Hard to hear if the door is opening or closing. Nice to be able to see the status of my door on my cell phone.

Steve was courteous and professional. Right on time. He was knowledgeable and worked diligently. We recommend Steve and Precision Door Service to everyone we know. A spring flew off our door and we thought a new one had to be purchased, but Steve's honesty and professional opinion said "You don't need a new spring, your spring is in good condition." He not only re-installed our spring, he went through the entire system. He put safety cables on and adjusted our garage door opener and tension. I know that when we are ready to replace our door Precision Door Service will be called and Steve requested :)
