He went straight to work, replacing the door opener and hardware, and the electronic means of opening and closing the door. The technician that came to my house was great - nice guy and knowledgeable. I had him look at my door since it had an issue. We decided replacing the door was probably the best option. He gave me quote. Since I didn't have him do any work that day I was charged an $85 trip charge with is kind of annoying since I was never told that when I made the appointment.

I called with a problem at 9AM yesterday 2/25/20 . The service man was out here by 12:30. He was very courteous, and solved the immediate problem, but showed me what going to be the next problem very shortly. He gave me three options, with no hard sell, just the facts. The opener was 18 years old, and a replacement made the most sense. He had a new one in place within an hour. It works just great. The only hard part was finding the instructions in the car manual (it was the very last page) to link the car to the opener. Given the new Wi-Fi feature, I should have made this change a few years ago. All-in-all, a great experience, and thanks again the your man who did the work.

Kurt did a great job inspecting our problem door opener and offering options for repair! We selected a new opener and he installed it quickly, even adding stronger brackets for support, as our 90's brackets were pretty wimpy. Great experience, and highly recommended!

Ben called ahead of time and let us know he was 15 min. away. When he arrived he introduced himself and was very cordial. It only took him an hour to "right" our garage door, replace our broken cable(s) plus do some other fine tuning and maintenance things to the door. Great Work, Thank you!

The cable on our large double garage door broke Sunday afternoon, trapping 2 of our cars in the garage, as the door was askew and we couldn't even lift it manually. I called Precision right away, and was answered by a live person (not an answering machine!) who immediately scheduled us for a service call between 10 am and noon the very next day. The 2 technicians arrived as scheduled, and had the door repaired and working, and much quieter than it had been, in a short time. They accepted my coupon to cover the trip charge, and the remaining bill was $275, which I thought was very reasonable, as the door is very heavy and has the heavy-duty type of springs--a challenging job. The technicians were friendly and professional, and they did a great job! I will always call Precision for all my garage door services.

The technician that came in was very nice, explained everything that was wrong, how it could be fixed, and answered all of my questions patiently and in a way that I, as a person who doesn't know much about these things, understood instantly. We called for an appointment after 5:00 and was scheduled for noon the following day. Lightning fast service! Nick was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and replaced our entire garage door system (except the door) in under an hour and a half. We are extremely happy we called Precision!!
