Assessment required for sale of home. Technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Explanations were clear and reasonable. Quickly found why door was not shutting reliably, but also pointed out areas of serious wear and damage on what was probably the original door. Prepared a quote for a new garage door to be presented to the buyers.

One morning I went to open my garage door and it made a horrible noise and got stuck half way. I've never had a problem with a garage door before, so I did some online searching and chose Precision because of its BBB rating. They answered right away and had someone coming out within the hour! The guy who came was knowledgeable, fast, and helpful. I was on my way to work in no time! I was thrilled with the service of Precision!

Precision door had previously installed a new spring mechanism for me and did an excellent job. My door began squealing during closing so I called them back and they came out and adjusted my two top rollers. The young repsirman was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was on time and worked quickly. The door was fixed in no time at all and he was on his way. The door works wonderfully now. This is an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Door failed on late Saturday afternoon. They scheduled appt. for Sunday Morning. Fast, professional and thorough. Third time we have called on Precision. Our experience from the first has been very positive. Would not even think of calling someone else.

Our garage door was replaced with a new one today, and we are pleased we decided to use this company because of the excellence of the products and the professionalism of the technicians. Our old garage door had to be disassembled and removed, and the new one was installed along with a new motor, keypad, and controls. The men were fast, efficient, and thorough, and they left the area cleaner than it looked when they arrived! I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Had my garage spring replaced this morning. Steve was very nice and let me watch and answered all my questions. The only thing I did not like was paying $65 for a bearing that I can get on Amazon for $7. And then multiply that by three bearings...

Great service!!! They were able to get it fixed the same day they came out. The operator told me they would come out with a fully stocked truck and he certainly did. We had another company come out and he was there 5 minutes and left. He was suppose to put a quote together for my landlord but several days later we have heard nothing from them. Thanks to Precision we can now park our cars back in our garage. Rick was our service guy. He was super nice, very informative and quick to get the door fixed. Thanks again Rick and Precision!!!

Felt like I was scammed. When I booked an appointment to have my cables replaced, I asked for an estimate and was told it would be about $90/hour. It wasn't until after the technician came that I found out it would cost $240 for a 45 minute job! Ended up costing me more than 3 times the cost I was told! Layne did a nice job but I'm sure I could have had this work done for a 3rd of the cost.
