Jacob was at my house this morning because I thought I needed a new garage door opener. He was on time, friendly, and courteous. It turned out that my keypad just needed to be reprogrammed. My garage door's electric eye safety unit was knocked askew. I called yesterday afternoon and got an appointment for today. Stu the repairman was prompt, helpful, efficient, and friendly. He realigned the electruc eye units. He also replaced the wheels in my garage door and lubricated other parts. The door works smoothly and quietly now. He also offered advice if we need service in the future, based on his observations of our garage.

Had them replace a malfunctioning garage door opener last year, and then recently to repair a cable that snapped and caused the door to lock up in the track. Prompt, Courteous, Patient - was Jacob the repairman Dec 7th. The company website asked the problem, said they had a 25 point inspection service and trip charge around $69 or $69.25 which would be waived if you do the service while he is there the first time. He gave me an estimate for a new door no charge! and some free advice. I would call them in the future without hesitation.
