Chose Precision because their Yellow page add was the largest and most professional looking. Stu and his helper inspected my garage door and suggested several options to repair it. We went with the full repair and adjustment package. They replaced both springs, bearings, cables, drums and all door rollers. They then mounted a better bearing/track support and replaced the track car that was wearing out from wear. Finally they adjusted and lubricated the entire range of moving parts on the door. This was all performed in about an hour. The door now runs smoother and quieter than I can ever remember. I am very pleased with their workmanship and don't expect to have any problems with the door for many years to come. Thank you again.

I was impressed with the service I received by phone and the constant contact from the service technician about his arrival time. I was so impressed that they were able to come out SAME DAY!
