Jim was great but I am not happy about the "Save $20 on the service call" note in the yellow pages only to be told this is not valid unless you purchase something during the service call. Seems to me this $20 should be in addition to the $20 saved for buying parts. There is no fine print in the add mentioning this.

Stu Ellenberger was my assigned technician and he came out promptly, did a complete inspection and overhaul of my garage door, rollers, torsion spring, steel cabling, and gave my garage door opener a good inspection. After he completely replaced the rollers, cables, spring, the garage door opened so painlessly with my old garage door opener. I made the decision to also replace the old garage door opener with a new one that Precision Door carried, the Liftmaster with battery backup. You can barely hear the garage door open and close now. The new opener is great. Stu's technical skills are top-notch and his customer service is above reproach! I will definitely recommend Precision Door and Stu Ellenberger to any friends/family I know in the area that need this type of service.

A quick Google search led me to the web site for Precision Door, which was a very well done web site. I liked what I read and called for on an appointment to replace a broken torsion spring. Bakari was on time for the appointment, was very courteous, did an excellent job of repairing the door, and completely cleaned up after the job. I give Bakari a huge kudo!

We discovered we had a broken spring around 7:00am on a Friday morning. A quick Google turned up Precision, and the positive reviews and 24 hour phone service got my business. I called about 7:30am and got an appointment between 8-10am that same day. Stu called about 9:00am and said he be there in about a half hour. At 9:30 he arrived and went over the problem and replacement cost. Prior to the spring failing, my garage door sounded pretty terrible opening. As Stu worked on replacing the springs, he found some other issues due to a sub-par installation. He ended up making some additional repairs and replacing a few other components. In about an hour and a half I had a quiet working garage door again. I would recommend Stu and Precision to any needing a repair.

A cable snapped on my garage door on Sunday afternoon. I chose to call your company because of the 24 hour phone line. While making the appointment I indicated that I had to leave for work by 11am and would appreciate any accommodations to my schedule. Stu arrived at 9:15am and was finished at 10:30am. he was friendly and knowedgeable. i loked that he had everything he neededon his truck. no extra trips to increase the cost of the service. Service like this is rare and needs to be acknowledged.
