I thought your tech, Bakari was a very nice and professional technician. I do have some concerns on your prices. He replaced the cables and reset the tensions. A job that took him less than 30 minutes to complete. I am guessing you have standard labor pricing per task that the $ 90.00 you charged was the cost whether it took him 30 minutes or 60 minutes. Also the cost of the cable was too high I thought. I understand you technically delivered the parts to me with the service and I understand about mark ups, after all you and I are in a similar business with field techs and customer service but again, the parts costs seemed a little high to me. Maybe it was your tech who is that good that he was able to perform this job in a short amount of time. I think you are lucky to have him. He is very professional and explained to me the workings of the door and how important proper maintenance is to prevent things breaking. I am very satisfied with Precision and Bakari. In the future, if I have any needs, I would like to request it is him that takes care of me. Thanks for your time.

Excellent Service. My garage door spring broke Wednesday night. I called at 8:00 AM the next morning. I was told that some one would be at my house between 9 and 11. AT 9:10 the repairman arrived and by 9:40 he was gone.

I purchased the new Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener, WOW is it quiet! The Service Technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The features and quietness of the Liftmaster were beyond my expectations for a door opener. This opener was an install job for a second door that never had an opener. The install was fast yet attention to detail was a priority. Great job and I would certainly call again.

We wanted to express our appreciation for the level of customer service the Mike Gonyo provided tonight when he came to look at our garage door. We have been having trouble with the door not wanting to open all the way and stopping part of the way up. Mike did a thorough inspection of what we currently have and explained what he was seeing and testing and he outlined all of our options. There was no pressure to go one way or another and he answered all of our questions completely. We were Mike's last stop for the day and he did not show any signes of wanting this to be a quick appointment. He gave us his full attention and was very friendly and informative. Mike was great to work with and if we have repair or maintenance needs in the future, we would definately want to work with him and Precision again.

The Technician was great as well as the service. My only issue was that when I called to get a quote, I was told that the price would be a service call plus parts. I was charged a fuel surcharge. I was not told that on the phone.
