Mike S. arrived on time with the correct repair parts. He carefully explained to me the process and completed the repair in a short order. I believe that the repairs were fairly priced. Good job. At first we thought our garage door wouldn't open because of a few cables, but it turned out entire parts needed to be replaced! The serviceman who came knew what he was doing though, and in the end, my garage is operating perfectly. He was able to explain the problem and what we can do to prevent or at least minimize the wear on our garage door to me. Thanks a lot!
