He had me check everything out. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs garage door repair.

The technician solved my problem. He showed me a print out of what was wrong and discussed it with me. He was very courteous, respectful and professional. Very knowledgeable. I like that he called to let me know what time he would be arriving. You should add another star for Superb, because he was superb. Please let the technician know.

I’m very happy with new opener and the WiFi option plus the outside keypad. Estimator did a great job reviewing my situation and gave me options. Quality of work 5stars and fitting me in quickly 5stars. There was a late change in the actual contractor on the day of the work (happens) and he arrived later than expected. But he still got everything completed before my return home. They billed me in two installments which gave me a week to go over the new work (if there were any issues). There were none. Installer then came by later to go over any final questions before sending me final invoice.

The technician gave me an estimate and charged me a fee for a replacement part and the service call and told me it would take a few days to get the part. A few days later he called and said he is unable to perform the repair because I purchased the garage door opener from Home Depot and said I will need to do the repair myself! WTF!! If

Pro: Technician was nice and knowledgeable. Con: Company does not carry parts for my particular, common, brand of garage so they were unable to repair. Would have been nice to know which brands they can service before paying someone $85 to say that. When scheduling appointment, I was made aware of the $69 trip fee but then got charged an additional $15 "Environment Surcharge - Environmental/Maintenance" fee even though no repairs were made.

Not very happy with the service. Was told I would have the garage door and opener 4 to 6 weeks. It took 9 weeks and my opener was not working for 9 weeks. Very inconvenient for us! Plus I would call to see what was the hold up was and would not get a call back. Then I was sent two inexperienced service men. Called for a service appointment to adjust the door. They said will call me back for a time.
