Just a thank you for a job well done. Your technician, Jason Masch, was here a little ahead of time, was polite, introduced himself, and let me show him what I thought was wrong. Then he explained to me what he was going to check. When he was done he told me what was wrong and what he replaced. He also showed me what he would recommend to be done also. I also liked your system of invoicing . Nice and clear with everything listed. Also, Precision was able to come out the same day to service my door. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

I called the company that installed my door first and was told I would have to wait a couple days. I needed to get my car out of my garage today so I looked for another company and when I called Precision they said they would be there by 3pm and actually showed up at 2:30pm. The Sevicemen were very polite knew what they were doing and wasted no time completing the job. I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member!!!!!

The work was done in a timely manner. The staff was both kind and friendly. I understood that my garage door was older, but when you are not working, the last thing you want to hear is that you need a new garage door. I could have cried, but the gentleman fixed what I had and was kind about it.

Jimmy King installed our new garage door and opener by himself. This surprised me because I thought a 7 x 16 garage door needed at least two people. I was wrong. And he did it. Looks great. Works great. Enjoyed meeting and talking to Jimmy, and appreciated his professionalism. Looking forward to never having to deal with a garage door for a long, long, long, long time. (Outside of keeping up with the maintenance, of course.)

I did like the video, but I most liked the fact that you gave a profile of the technician that would be coming out to my home, I felt more at ease. Ken was very professional when he came out and described what he was going to be doing and when he was finished he showed me what my old part looked like and what the new part looked like that he had replaced, he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was very pleased with his work, the price wasn't too bad, and I now have a working garage door that is actually a lot quieter then before. I will recommend Precision to others!

Stu explained the repair and the cost involved to fix the old door, so we decided to purchase a new door rather than fix the old one. Tom came the next morning and the door was installed very professionally in a short amount of time. Tom explained the warranty, maintenance required, and made sure we had no other questions. We are very satsisfied with our experience with Precision Door. Nice Job guys!

Service was good, but would have liked to be told in advance that there was a $15.00 charge for gas. It was not expected at all. Not happy with that charge.
