We received an immediate response from the dispatcher with a convenient, same day appointment to service. I received a recommendation from my brother who lives in West Bend. Precision Door came highly recommended. My garage has been functioning without a working garage door opener since summer 2015. Stu came within the scheduled time, explained what he was going to do and got right to work. I like that. After he finished installing the new garage door opener, he called me outside to look things over. Then he explained that at some point the roller needed to be replaced on the actual door. Thankfully he had a set with him. Although I hadn't planned on having anything else done and hadn't saved the funds for it, I gave the go-ahead to replace the rollers. Everything works beautifully and I can't believe I went this long without a working opener. Thank you Precision!

Technician was scheduled between 6pm & 8pm arrived around 6pm he was professional installed 2 new springs and completely checked the entire door operation. Very polite! The last company I used installed the wrong springs last year and now is out of business. You're service tech was excellent.

I' d been having problems for a few weeks with the very erratic garage door opener. First the remotes didn't work then the wall control. I tried new batteries, but that didn't help. On Wed Sept 2 the door wouldn't open at all and I knew I had a problem and I wasn't sure what to do. Then I remembered looking through the Val-Pac mailer. There were 3 ads in it for openers and I chose yours based on 24/7 service installation and repairs and a local phone number. At about 2 PM, I called your number and explained my problem and scheduled an appointment between 4-6 PM that day. Josh was running early and called me to see if he could come at 3 PM, which was fine with me. I told him about the problems I'd been having. The Genie opener was the original opener that came with the house built around 1973. Josh checked out all the part of my system, explaining how they all work together to lift the door. Then he told me the different options available to me, what their costs would be and what promotions you were currently offering. I realize that you're in business to sell and install openers, but I was so impressed with his knowledge and his polite and courteous manner in answering all my questions, that I decided to replace not only the opener, but also have him install the Lifetime warranty parts package for "my peace of mind". Josh said he could fix tonight and that he had all the necessary parts on his truck. He worked in a very hot garage for hours, after 7 PM and then stayed to explain how the controls worked and even helped my program a code into the keypad. I felt compelled to let you know what as asset Josh is to your company and I hope you appreciate him. The world would be a much better place if there were more young men like him in it! My mother had a broken spring on her garage door and unfortunately she never noticed and kept using the garage until the arm connected to the garage door and chain rail finally broke away from the garage door. Harris and Tony (Open wheel auto racing fan like me. High five to you!) came right on time and did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done and what should be replaced despite the fact it was not broken. They had the job done in less than an hour and both men were extremely pleasant and a courteous. Both Harris and Tony were very personable yet professional. The two men from Precision were thorough about the garage door repair that we needed. They were done within an hour and explained everything that they worked on. We had previously needed repairs done which were completed by Precision and we had purchased their Lifetime Warranty package. The Lifetime Warranty package saved us over $200 on this latest repair work.

My only complaint is that I was not quoted over the phone with the service call or fuel surcharge fee. I understand that a service center gives out quotes, but misleading none the less. The young man who came to replace the opener was great - he was even a little early (which I appreciated). He took all the time I needed to explain how things worked. Spring broke on a Sunday morning. Within an hour the tech arrived. Personable, efficient and professional, he was done within an hour, including clean-up. Was pleasantly surprised that there was no "week-end surcharge". Would suggest an ad in Washington Co. "Yellow Pages" where I looked for assistance. Daughter "googled" week-end repairers for Wash. Co. and was able to find your company.

I found precision on a google search. They were able to come the same day, which was wonderful because the spring broke on my garage door and it wouldn't open at all - fortunately my car was already out when it happened! The technician was very friendly, had all the parts I needed were right on his truck, and he was done in no time. If I ever have problems again, Precision is who I'll call!
