The overhead spring broke on garage door. I was stuck! Could not get car out of garage for work this morning. I called in at 7:55 am and scheduled an appointment between 8-10. Daniel, technician, showed up at 8:45 and I was off to work by 10. He gave me a quick overview, pricing, and hour to complete job. It was exactly as stated, and even less then quoted. This is the 2nd time I call on Precision. I hope there is a 3rd in the future, but friendly, courteous, and competitive pricing. Thank you for coming to my rescue today!

I received service from Sales Technician, Dan McLaughlin. Dan was very thorough with his work. He diagnosed the problem and made recommendations on resolving the issue. Dan was very professional. Excellent service. Dan was great. I called at 8:15 and was told the technician would be here between 10:00 and 12:00. Dan called at 8:45 and said he could be here by 9:15 and he was. I highly recommend Precision Door of Milwaukee (Germantown/Menomonee Falls) to everyone.

A couple months following a spring replacement I had a concern about an unaligned bracket and a suspicious noise coming form the door. We previously had a set of torsion springs installed by Precision and one of them failed a few days ago. We received an immediate response from the dispatcher with a convenient, same day appointment to service. Very pleased with Dan's level of knowledge. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made a recommendation, and did the work. New rollers are of high quality and were priced reasonably. Door works better now than it has in years. Only issue - we weren't offered a senior discount. I noticed it is offered on your website after I had paid and Dan had left.

Daniel did a fantastic job. He arrived earlier than the scheduled. Did a quick but thorough check of the system and told me what was needed, then within an hour changed the broken spring, cables, wheel hubs and some rusted out hardware. Dan was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked efficiently and had the job done quickly and as promised. I was stuck in the garage with two cars due to a spring breaking. The door could not be lifted until the spring was fixed. He explained the issue the antipated repair. He was knowledgeable and friendly as I asked a lot of questions as usual. I would not change a spring in my own due to the safety concern but still like to know how things work. I would recommended Precision Door Service to anyone anytime. I called at 9 pm Wednesday and they were onsite Thursday early afternoon as promised. As a service person myself I understand that not all repairs go as planned and Dan was able to complete the repair in a timely manner and adapted to the challenge. We need more hard workers like him in the work force. Great job and thanks again for the great service!! Prices were fair and competitive.

We called Precision based on their Muskego phone book ad. Dan the service man came the next day. He quickly found the problem, a badly worn motor gear caused by an out of balance door spring problem. 2 car Door was 15 years old. He gave us a price to replace the opener, springs, & end bearings. It was reasonable. Dan was very efficient & cleaned up when he finished. I was very satisfied.
