I have used Precision Door at the property I manage in Germantown, the Gables. So when my cable broke on our garage door I knew exactly who to call. When I called for the repair service, had difficulty with the ability to hear the call taker and I was not fully certain if my needs were met. The repairman did call to confirm the appointment and was on time. He was neat, clean and polite. I found him to be attentive to my requests and knowledgeable in his trade. Daniel was courteous and professional when he came out to install new springs in our garage door. He walked me through the inspection he was doing and explained to me the wear points and options available for replacing parts. When complete he showed me the removed worn parts next to the new parts so that I could see why they were ready to be replaced.

Great experience with service technician who called before he came out and did an excellent job replacing cheap garage door parts that were damaged. The tech knew exactly what the problem was, had all of the necessary replacement parts, and did the job correctly in only 2 hours. Would I use Precision in the future? Absolutely.

Our service technician Dan was great. We had a broken spring and he gave a few recommendations after he looked at everything. He didn't pressure us into anything. We ended up getting more than the spring (both springs, cables and rollers) replaced but that was our choice. We got the lifetime warranty also. Dan was fast and made sure that the door worked properly before he left. I am glad that I read so many good reviews and went with Precision.
