We reached out around 1 (which the chat system was VERY prompt in responding) in the afternoon and Jake Roszina was there about 2 hours later, which is within the time frame we were given. Jake was very knowledgeable about product and professional. Would highly recommend him in future services needed. Wasn't a pushy salesman. We needed the sensors replaced which was done very quickly. Would HIGHLY recommend this company.

We experienced excellent service. Our garage door opener broke this morning so at 7:30 a.m. I chatted online with a customer service agent who scheduled same-day service. The technician came out and gave me a few different options and a price for each. He had the new opener installed in about an hour and then went over the details of how everything worked. I would highly recommend Precision Door Services

The two very friendly service technicians arrived early Saturday morning, on time and had my door operating properly in minutes. It was clear that the owner of this company is very concientious about the quality of technicians in his business. As a home owner it really adds a tremendous level of comfort when the people coming to your aid are such clean cut, out going, and approachable individuals.

I had a cable that snapped and a rusted roller. Mike called and scheduled the appointment in a very timely manner, was professional, and got the job done in a matter of 45 minutes. He explained what was to be done before hand, explained why both cables should be replaced, gave a price estimate, and left nothing to surprise. I will be contacting precision door for future repair's, service, or new installations. Excellent service.

For the past couple days, I was looking for a company that has really good reviews. Google is so easy. Then I came across this company and I knew it was the one I would use. I called Monday morning and by early noon Colin was at my door ready to work! He talked to me through two different options. I chose the one that worked best for me. I had a broken spring, so there were wires sticking out everywhere. I also had issues with my garage door roller coming off the track. He fixed them and more and got everything looking new again! So happy to be able to pull my car in garage knowing that snow is coming again! Thank you Colin you made this easy for me.
