Our repair technician Jim Twombly is honest, courteous, and technically proficient in his craft. He pointed out exactly what needed repair, and the options that were available to us in order to get the job done. We opted for the Torsion Overhaul because in addition to the broken spring many of the moving parts were showing wear and rusting which I believe in time would have meant future service calls. And, after Jimâ??s detailed explanation of what we were getting in the repair package, the decision was obvious. Not only did he do an outstanding repair job, he explained the best maintenance method to use in order to keep the door in excellent working order and prolong the life of the moving parts and cables. I highly recommend Jim Twombly, and Precision Door Service to anyone needing garage door repair, or installation.

Door was repaired in February. It has been running hesitantly for about a month and I wanted to make sure that it was back running smoothly like it had been after it was repaired. Mike looked it over and lubricated all moving parts. It is working much better. Mike suggested that maybe new rollers would be appropriate. The door is over 15 years old.

Good afternoon. On Thursday, June 9th, I called your company to get my broken garage door spring fixed. I learned of your company from seeing an ad in the local Pewaukee phone book. I spoke to Teresa, who was able to schedule the repair that morning between 9-11 AM. Within that time period, the repair person showed up at my house. He was very courteous and friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly to me. The technician was able to fix the broken spring, but also fixed my garage door opener unit (that I had broken while dealing with the broken spring). He also suggested replacement of the rollers, which I agreed to. Overall, I was very pleased with his work. He conducted himself in a very professional manner, of which I appreciated.
