Hi, Appointment was set up quickly. Service rep explained all my options so I could make the best choice for repair. Door needed a total overhaul. I live in a condo and the association thought the price was a little steep and suggested another quote.He tried to get the service chg waived but no one available to approve. However, I liked the rep so I went ahead with the work.

We had a lightening strike that fried our garage door opener and a neighbor's. Stu was out within a couple of hours. He replaced the circuit boards, installed surge protectors, and repaired my garage door frame which I hadn't even called for. Mike had installed my new garage door opener earlier this year. I had a service issue and they were able to send Mike out the same day. He spotted the issue immediately with my older door and was able to make an adjustment and it works great. He's the best. I'm thinking of getting a new door and will use Precision.
