5 Stars is my rating. I had a great experience with your company. This is the second time I have used your company. Krissy was great on the phone when I first called to set up the appointment, and Mike Zahn was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. It ended up being a simple fix of replacing my two plastic light sockets that were "fried" from constant use and jiggling on my overhead unit for the door I use most. Mike was in and out quickly. I would highly recommend your company.

I am satisfied with the work performed. However, I paid $563 to have two springs replaced. It seemed very high so I did some research afterwards and found that the cost ranged from $185 - $250. I wish I would have done my research ahead of time so that is my fault. Mike was very professional and did complete the job very quickly. In the past I have had good experience using home advisors....this is not one of them.

Thank you for your feedback. In regards to doing your research on springs....do the springs have the same life span?.....do they have the same guarantee?.....do the prices include installation? Please consider all of these when determining if the price is fair and reasonable. All products are not the same.

Called on Monday afternoon, Mike Z was there Tuesday morning to give an estimate on our damaged door. Mike was on time, friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. He answered all of the questions I had, and told me a few things I wouldn't have thought to ask. It was a very good experience. He also did not try to upsell us unnecessarily, which I appreciated.

Called in the late afternoon and was given the first appointment the next day. Mike arrived right on time, was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The whole process was a breeze and completed much faster than I had anticipated. Mike made sure I was informed of the condition of the door and assembly and never tried to "Up-sell" any parts or service. I truly appreciate that. He made sure I was 110 percent satisfied with the repair and that the door worked liked new when he was done. Truly great service.

I had such a great experience with this company. The crew scheduled to be at my home was running behind schedule and I was promptly called and informed of the change. When they arrived it was late and likely they already had a long day, yet their attitudes were outstanding. We were recommended to your company through the neighborhood. We had a broken door spring and while I am handy, high power springs are not my thing. Mike took the time to explain what needed replacement and how it would be done. I am currently only in town for 3 days and called to see if someone could help with my garage door opener; an appointment for the same day was made. Mike, the technician called to tell me he could come even earlier than planned, he found the electronic eyes needed replacement and he replaced them promptly in below zero weather. In November we had our garage door fixed through your services and were satisfied. When this new problem occured we naturally thought of you. It was a bitter cold day and the young man who got out to us about 6:00 pm that evening. I knew he already had a full day of repair work under nasty conditions. He was just great!
