Mike grew up in Madison with two older sisters. He has a rescued pitbull terrier named Randy Marsh. Mike enjoys being outdoors, whether its hunting, fishing or snowboarding in the winter. He also likes to follow, and attend Packer and Brewer games. Mike appreciates working at Precision Door, because he gets to be his very BEST every day!

Mike Faust was punctual, fast and prepared. He arrived at our house at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed our garage door broken spring problem. He carefully answered all my questions and had with him all the parts and tools to immediately make the repair--springs, rollers, cables, 16' shaft and brackets. In less than an hour he had completely removed the old parts and installed the new. He was a professional in every way and I couldn't be more impressed with his quality workmanship.

I was very satisfied with Mike's professionalism, his ability to define proactively issues that might be forthcoming, and his mechanical expertise. Originally I thought I only needed one spring replaced. After speaking with Mike, and answering his questions, I became confined with the age of the opener to replace the brackets, springs, etc. and obtain the lifetime warranty. I live in a condominium association and will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

I chose Precion because they had previously given prompt excellent service in replacing my door opener . I called them on a Friday night at 7pm and by 8:30pm Mike arrived and diagnosed the broken cables and replaced them. We did not want to leave our Garage door half open. I was very happy with the service from the very professional woman dispatcher ( I forgot to write her name so I hope she receives my thanks) , the manager for approving the late night call. I was also very pleased that Mike asked me to check some simple diagnostic questions so I would not need to pay a emergency service call for something easily fixed my me. UNFORTUNATELY, I COULD NOT REPLACE CABLE AND REWIND THE SPRINGS. I ALSO APPRECIATED THE EASE OF THE BILLING ON TECHNICIANS IPAD AND EMAILING OF THE RECEIPT. Great Service. Called on Friday afternoon. Our technician Mike was there the next morning, during Labor Day weekend! He was on time, professional, helpful and very pleasant. He explained the issue and what he would recommend to fix our garage door. We discussed the condition of the door and he felt the door was fine, we just needed a new spring and all components. He replaced those and finished the job quickly. We would definitely recommend and use Precision again. Thank you.

Our garage door opener was not installed today, but the tech told me what needed to be done before the install and was very informative on what needed to be done. He was an immense help and I plan too have an electrician re-route wiring that was in the way as he was not legally able to do. We needed a LISENCED ELECTRICIAN for the small wiring job. A great informed tech and was curtious. I plan to call and re-schedual the install with him as soon as next week.

Our garage door was binding and would not close at times. The service agent replaced the spring, installed nylon rollers, adjusted the settings. When Jim asked about the Stanley opener we had he was honest and said it would not need to replaced. He also explained to me ( wife) how and why the repairs were need. I do not remember his name but would like to give him a 5 star rating as much as Precision on handling our problem in a timely manner. To me they get 10 stars!

I chose Precision because you had 24-7 scheduling and I needed a repair done asap. Everything went as the scheduler stated. The technician called ahead of showing up and arrived well within the window of time I was given. The technicians were friendly, professional and proficient. $85 dollars for a tech to tell me my opener is broke. Yeah, I already new that. Stay away from Precision Garage Door.

When we arrived the homeowner had their operator on the floor in many pieces. We will not fix something that was entirely disassembled. We offered Mark options on replacing the opener that obviously was broken and Mark declined. The cost was our trip charge to come out and offer our professional opinion about Mark's situation and to service, repair or replace any components of his operator. In this case, we were not able to help Mark re-assemble his operator.

Mike was our technician and real friendly and knowledgeable. He actually came early and that worked out well. He tried different ways of fixing what we had, but we both decided a new garage door opener was what was needed given the age of it. I really liked the fact that your company sent out, prior to him coming, who he was and his picture along with the confirmation date and time. Awesome thing to do. Great to do business with this company. A human answered the phone forthwith, pulled up my info from my previous transaction immediately, and gave me an appointment for a tech to come out and fix the present problem the same day. They post pics of the techs online and sent me an email with that info, so I could be sure the guy who showed up is legit. The tech called me and said he could come 2 hours EARLIER than the appointment, and asked it that would be OK. Sure it was! He came, and was great. I had to have the motor replaced on my garage door opener. He explained options in detail, and did the work without delay. Explained everything. I am completely happy with both of the encounters I have had with this company, first in Oct 2014 (complete track replacement), and this time as well, March 2016. I highly recommend this company.
