Josh comes to us from Florida when he recently moved back to his home state of Wisconsin. Josh keeps busy by working on his truck and house. Josh spends his free time outdoors hiking, four-wheeling, camping and doing some off-road racing. He is a member of the NRA and Hartford's Conservation & Gun Club. Josh loves working for Precision Door because it is a positive and friendly environment and is continually growing!

Precision has installed 2 door openers for me (I have 2 garage doors), at separate times. There was a minor hiccup with the installation of the second door and it was rectified immediately. I can't say enough about a company that actually delivers what they promise, and they exceeded my expectations. They have earned my business and recommendation to others.

Last night my garage door was disconnected from the opener because of a shabby job performed by another company who installed the opener and the garage door less than two years ago. Josh came to my door, was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. He summed up the issue and answered all of my questions including information about maintenance of the door. The job was completed in a reasonable timeframe, he summarized all of the work that was requested by me and completed by the technician, He demo'd the repair work and put everything back in place including the door lock on the fence in the back yard next to the garage when the job was completed. Thanks Josh, you did a terrific job!

I was intrigued by your website and hopeful that you would deliver what it promises, and you did. I talked to a HUMAN BEING this morning who scheduled a technician to come out today between 6 and 8 pm. Josh called me at six on the dot to tell me he was on his way, and when he arrived, he assessed the problem and went to work repairing it. He did a safety scan and found that the brackets were installed improperly on a weird angle that caused the bracket to cut into the axle significantly, a disaster waiting to happen. He gave us several options for correcting the problem if we wanted to do that tonight, outlined the charges, and answered our questions in a direct and forthcoming way. He and Jason went to work and completed the job in a manner that exceeded our expectations. I consider myself lucky (and a little wise) for finding your company and giving you my business. My husband tacked Josh's business card right next to the opener in case we need reliable help in good time. Thank you.

Prompt, convenient, excellent work. Josh quickly figured out the problem -- a wire to the photo sensors had gotten caught in the spring and broke, not allowing the door to close. He patched the wire and stapled it to the ceiling so that it was completely clear of the spring. He also showed me how to manually open and close the door and did an overall inspection. I'll use Precision anytime I need anything to do with my garage doors.

Technician was scheduled between 6pm & 8pm arrived around 6pm he was professional installed 2 new springs and completely checked the entire door operation. Very polite! The last company I used installed the wrong springs last year and now is out of business. You're service tech was excellent.

Was extremely pleased with the service rendered by Precision Door. Could not open the door with my car in the garage. Called for service at approximately 7:30 AM, . Precision service technician arrived around 10:00 that morning. Broken spring was fixed within the hour. Technician also recommended replacing rollers and drums on the door to insure the door will continue to operate without problems for a longer period of time. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

We recently purchased our home and wanted to make sure the garage door was in good working order. Josh Feldner was our service tech and he arrived right on time. He examined the mechanics of the door and gave us recommendations. Most issues were age related but did not required new parts. However, I chose to purchase new rollers. I' d been having problems for a few weeks with the very erratic garage door opener. First the remotes didn't work then the wall control. I tried new batteries, but that didn't help. On Wed Sept 2 the door wouldn't open at all and I knew I had a problem and I wasn't sure what to do. Then I remembered looking through the Val-Pac mailer. There were 3 ads in it for openers and I chose yours based on 24/7 service installation and repairs and a local phone number. At about 2 PM, I called your number and explained my problem and scheduled an appointment between 4-6 PM that day. Josh was running early and called me to see if he could come at 3 PM, which was fine with me. I told him about the problems I'd been having. The Genie opener was the original opener that came with the house built around 1973. Josh checked out all the part of my system, explaining how they all work together to lift the door. Then he told me the different options available to me, what their costs would be and what promotions you were currently offering. I realize that you're in business to sell and install openers, but I was so impressed with his knowledge and his polite and courteous manner in answering all my questions, that I decided to replace not only the opener, but also have him install the Lifetime warranty parts package for "my peace of mind". Josh said he could fix tonight and that he had all the necessary parts on his truck. He worked in a very hot garage for hours, after 7 PM and then stayed to explain how the controls worked and even helped my program a code into the keypad. I felt compelled to let you know what as asset Josh is to your company and I hope you appreciate him. The world would be a much better place if there were more young men like him in it!
