Harris is a HUGE Packer fan and enjoys a variety of sports, like basketball and volleyball. In summer he likes to go boating, jet skiing and is on a volleyball league. Harris loves the satisfaction of making the customer's day, by fixing their doors in a timely fashion. Your large ad provided an immediate response from friendly local staff and they were efficientat the service. Plus, I received a 5 year warranty. However, I only wished I would have received a better discount for buying all that was offered. I only had one broken spring. A second spring and a bearings were also installed.

Replacing your single spring system with a two spring system will ensure a better operating door that will extend the life of the springs and your operating system. And you did receive a discount for purchasing a package. Which provided you a savings of $214.00!

What a great group of guys to work with. They were informative, understanding, and just a blast to have around. We needed our broken garage door springs repaired in a hurry late in the day on a Friday. Precision sent a technician out within a few hours of my call. Prior to his arrival I rec'd an email confirming all details including l who my technician would be. Harris arrived early, was very professional and efficient, and completed the job in less than one hour. He was also able to make other repairs to the garage door that I already knew we needed, but hadn't done anything about. Very happy with the service and the professional manner in which business is conducted. Would highly recommend!

He was very thorough in his diagnosis of our problem. He quoted the cost of the various repairs we needed and gave us a few options. The technician really looked at my garage door/opener to determine the cause of problems and then patiently explained all of my options. I asked him to replace everything but the door, and he stayed until almost 8 PM to complete the job. I certainly appreciated his efforts and the same day service!

David did an outstanding job! I called early in the morning and he not only showed up later that day, he was there 5 minutes early. He provided excellent options and helped me weigh the advantages/disadvantages of an upgrade vs. immediate fix. Ultimately, he sold me on the right package for my situation. He was very personable and professional, and I will no doubt be referring him to others within my condo association. He is a hard worker, and as a Veteran, I can appreciate his integrity and ethics. I have been a customer of Precision for a number of years. My garage door opener finally decided to stop working after almost 20 years. I called Precision and Harris came out the next day. He was professional funny and knowledgeable. Just an all around great guy! I have been very impressed with the customer service of your company. In this day and age it is hard to find.
