Dave and Kristen have a Lab/Retriever mix named Diesel and have a new baby girl named Shay. With a new baby Dave is very busy, but when he has free time he has many hobbies, such as golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, ATV, playing on baseball, softball and hockey leagues. He also enjoying riding his motorcycle. He loves working for Precision Door Service, because he likes meeting new people every day and meeting their needs with excellent customer service.

Hi, Appointment was set up quickly. Service rep explained all my options so I could make the best choice for repair. Door needed a total overhaul. I live in a condo and the association thought the price was a little steep and suggested another quote.He tried to get the service chg waived but no one available to approve. However, I liked the rep so I went ahead with the work.

Good Afternoon! I called Precision door yesterday and they set an appointment for this morning. The technician, David, arrived on time. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very courteous. David inspected the overhead door, assessed the issues, and presented a quotation with a full review of the work scope. I had the electronic eyes on my single door replaced. The techs did a great job. However, after the work they only checked the operation on the door they worked on. If they had checked the operation of the double door they would have seen it did not work. The electric eye next to the door they worked on was knocked out of alignment thus the door would not close. I have played with that eye several times and have it working, but it is still giving me trouble. I have never had problem with the eyes on the double door until now. (That door was installed 16 years ago.)

My husband and I were very pleased with the service that Precision Door delivered. We called to make an appointment thinking perhaps it would be a few days to have someone out to our home, but we were happy that they could come the very next day. Our service technician, Dave, was polite, professional, timely and very knowledgeable. We knew that we needed new springs on the door, but he assessed the entire door and was able to make important recommendations to us. We highly recommend Precision Door, a 10 out of 10!!

I live out of town and needed repair on my recently deceased father-in-law's old wooden garage doors. I called from an ad in the phone book and to my surprise they were able to send someone that same day. My hour and a half drive to meet Dave the repairman was well worth it. He was pleasant, polite, explained the situation in understandable language and gave me various options. He worked for hours in the heat and humidity with little space between him and the garage doors and never a complaint. At 7:30p.m. that night I had a question of importance and the receptionist located him and he called me back immediately. My husband and I are most grateful for your company and especially for Dave in our time of sorrow and chaos last week.

Dave is a very personable guy. There were a couple of problems with the previous service call that he fixed: 1. The spring was not tight enough, 2. A part of the spring either was never tightened or had somehow loosened. I called because the cable had come off, which he fixed in addition to tightening the spring & securing whatever hadn't been. He pointed out some potential problems & fixes.The door sounds much better-tight, no noise.

My garage door became dysfunctional suddenly at a most inconvenient time, so I called Precision because I was very satisfied with a previous experience. Your telephone person is very professional, knowledgeable and was able to arrange a service call in time to solve my predicament. Dave arrived at the time agreed upon and was very helpful in explaining the source of the problem and the solution necessary. We agreed on pricing; he completed the repair in good time, and I was able to keep an important appointment. Dave is a fine representative for Precision.

I was very impressed by Stu. To start out, I place a premium on arriving during the window promised and I am happy to say that Stu showed up right in the middle of the promised window.
