Steve is the youngest of three brothers and grew up on a farm in Concord, Wisconsin. He enjoys fishing, kayaking, snowboarding and camping. He also is involved in basketball and volleyball. We had a Liftmaster - Jack Shaft opener installed, even though there where some difficulties getting it to operate properly the Tech stuck with it maintained a healthy attitude and finished the job with the opener operating nicely. We were very pleased with the service and installation the guys provided. On a very cold day, they had great work ethic and did an excellent job at installing two garage doors and two garage door openers. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up.

I contacted Precision when my garage door broke. The door was fixed temporarily, but a new door was ordered immediately, install arrangements were made within hours, and delivery and installation were made as promised. The biggest thing for me was the fantastic customer service, polite, professional, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Upon completion of the install, instructions were given on maintenance of the door with the installer showing us all the important parts of the door and its operation. Best service I've ever had in my life. Thank you!!

I initially called because my door had fallen off the rollers on a Thursday night. The phone person I talked to was very friendly and offered a dispatch, and reviewed my options. We ended up scheduling a Saturday morning appointment. Bakari the technician that came out Saturday morning was awesome and discussed my options for repair and replacement and decided that a replacement was more cost effective and would fix the root cause of the issue, instead of band-aiding the problem. Steve the installer that came out to perform the replacement was awesome as well, promptly replaced the door and explained to us what we needed to do to maintain the door so we didn't run into issues with it. I was initially hesitant due to reviews that mentioned high cost, but when we discussed the repair and replacement costs they were right in line with what I was expecting for professional service and quality. A+, would recommend.

Hi, Precision is wonderful! I had to have a new door installed. I think Mike Gonyo came to see what kind of door I needed. He was on time and very nice and thorough. On the day I was to have my garage door installed, I believe it was 20 or 25 below. I had talked to Karen, who makes the appointments,(who was very nice) because I was concerned about the weather and if I should change the appointment. She said that they rarely cancel appointments. She was right - the technician, Steve Stamper, came on time to install the door when it was 25 below zero. He was very nice, came on time, and installed the door within 2 and a half hours when it was 25 below. He was also very thorough and explained everything to me so I could understand it. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone that needed a garage door, repairs, etc.!

We used your services previously and were satisfied, so I called you again for this situation. The person who came out to evaluate the garage door was efficient, personable dealing with customers who would have to put out $$$. The installer, Steve, was on time, explained what he did and the follow up care required. It was at the end of the day and he still took his time to do the job correctly and spend the time with us explaining what he did and answering our questions.

Precision offers great customer service! They scheduled our garage door repair quickly and explained all of our options very clearly. We decided to replace the door instead of repair and the new door was installed the same day. Both Mike and Steve were professional, courteous and great to work with. Good sevice from the very beginniing. The guy was at my home the same day and added a splice to let me use the door until a new one came in. The door came in right on the date they told me. Installation was smooth, clean and looks good. Nice prices.

Steve was very professional and was on time and quickly introduced himself. Both of my springs and the both cables were broken and Steve had the job done within an hour. After coming home from vacation with my classic car and finding the garage would not open, I was very concerned that the car would spend days outside. Steve and the people from Precision did an excellent job and my car is safe back in its' home. Thank you very much and I would and will recommend Precision to anyone who needs their expertise.

The spring broke on my garage door after 50 yrs and Precision had a full page add in the Sun Prairie phone book that said they repaired or installed a new one - so I called, they came to look at it the same day and told me it would cost 1/2 as much to fix as to buy a new one - and probably couldn't get the same rollers - too old. So Mike Z gave me an estimate and rather then get more estimates and wait longer just called the next day and ordered a new one. Steve installed in 4 hours and told me how to oil it and it looks great and is much quieter then the old one. It was time.
