Jezrel is originally from Michigan and has two brothers. Jezrel loves just about any sport and recently has taken up bowling. In his free time he likes to get together with friends for a game of basketball. Jezrel also enjoys reading books on finance and travel and playing video games; he's always up for a challenge. One of Jezrel's greatest achievements was becoming an All State running back in High School. The reason Jezrel enjoys working at Precision Door is the opportunity to provide the best solutions one on one with customers.

I would give the Technician a five star rating, I'm an old guy and nosey, I wanted to know just what was wrong with the door. The Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my complete satisfaction. I have to give you a 3 star on the price as I thought it was a bit pricey. I must say however I had called the day before and they got me in right away. They arrived on time and the Technician did a very good job. I would use your company again.

I called about 9 in the morning after looking for companies on the internet for replacement of a broken spring. I had a choice of 3 different time frames for the same day. I picked one and the technician Jezrel was there on time. He did a terrific job, explaining everything that needed to be done. He suggested that certain things should be replaced since these items were original but only if I wanted them replaced. I told him to go ahead and he was done in just over an hour. The door is much quieter now then it has been in a long time. I would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door problem.

No complaints! Called 11AM and repairman was here about 4:30PM. Everyone we talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. Technician, Jezrel White, did a wonderful job. Door is very quiet now. Happy with the warranty also. New to area and had received an envelope yesterday with coupons. I knew that often there was a coupon for garage door repair so I looked and this is how we found Precision. Did not bother to compare prices as we needed this fixed quickly and they were available. Once technician was here we asked about adding a keypad and that was also taken care of. Would highly recommend both Precision and Jezrel.

I found the full page ad in the Yellow Pages. By the way, if you mention you saw the ad you get $20 off your bill. This company knows how to communicate. There was an e-mail before and after the visit. I even got to see a photo and read a bio of Jezrel before he arrived. We were greeted by his beautiful smile, followed by his good service. He was kind and considerate and explained what he did.

Five stars! One of the springs broke on our garage door a couple nights ago. The next day I looked online and found Precision Garage Door Service. There were a lot of positive reviews, so I decided to give them a call. A representative was at my door in about two hours- just as they said they would be. The service person was courteous and professional. He explained a range of options with no hard sell. Work was completed very quickly, cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Precision tries to provide same day service when possible. That was the case today. I called at 3:30 pm and the technician was at my door by 5:00 pm. (I live just west of Madison, WI.) That is just awesome! I've worked with two of their technicians. Both were so knowledgable, professional and responsive that it's simply a pleasure to do business with them. Billing and payment are done on site with a very efficient electronic process. I don't give 5 stars very often, but they deserve every one. Highly recommended!

I called Precision regarding a broken garage door spring on Tuesday night and they had a technician, Jezrel, at my house at 11am on Wednesday. Jezrel was great. He showed me what issues existed with my garage door and quoted me pricing for multiple repair options. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I called Precision on a Thursday to schedule repair of a broken spring. They had a technician(Jezrel) out the next evening. I can't say enough good things about Jezrel. His professionalism, personality and general courtesy is top notch. He inspected our door and then walked us thru three options for repair. He did not pressure us into any decision and was very thorough in explaining everything to me making sure to ask if I had any other questions along the way. He was at our home a little over an hour and the door was working awesome. he took the time to educate me and show me how to maintain the cable and rollers too.

I was having trouble with my garage door not closing with the opener in the recent sub-zero temperatures. Jezrel White came during the appointment time and explained that one of the sensors was not working properly. He replaced both sensors and made sure that the opener itself was in good condition. He did notice that my rollers are loose and need replacement sometime soon. I will be calling Precision to have that fixed this Spring as I did not want to make Jezrel do the repairs when it was only 5 degrees outside. Jezrel was courteous and explained everything very well.

Jezrel was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain 3 different options for the repair. He wasn't at our house for more than an hour, and replaced the springs, all of the bearings and both cables. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. 5 star! The tech came during the two hour period they said he would and was very nice and polite. We received an email showing us his picture and name to verify the right person was at our door! The tech explained what was wrong and replaced the worn out part. He also inspected rest of the door and made sure it was working right. He also showed us the working garage door and made sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company! Definitely will call them back if i have further need for garage door work.

I was impressed with your website and showing of your staff, etc. Also impressed that you were able to fix my garage door on a Saturday with no extra cost. Jezrel was the technician who called 30 minutes prior to arriving. When he arrived he introduced himself and then we discussed the problem and he went over and showed me what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost. When arriving home from running a few errands, I opened my garage door and it stopped half way up. Hmmm. So, after remembering that Precision had a coupon in a Val Pak, which I posted in my home, I called them. I immediately contacted the company and, Tara, whom I was speaking to, arranged for Jezrel White, one of Precision's Madison technicians, to arrive that afternoon (very quick response time). Jezrel called and came over even 'earlier' than arranged. He was highly knowledgeable and pointed out several rusted areas on the overhead door cables, fixed my broken hinges, replaced the cables, retightening my springs, and FIXED my overhead door.
