Service was wonderful. My car was trapped in my garage, and Bakari was able to come to my home quickly (ahead of the scheduled time!), and finished the necessary repairs (springs and cables) in under an hour. He was great - very professional. I'd have him come out to my home to do any future repairs. Excellent. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the price of 90 dollars for cables and 380 for the springs. Pretty steep markup. All said and done, the cost of the repair was just under $500 for 45 minutes of work and a new set of cables and springs.

I found precision on a google search. They were able to come the same day, which was wonderful because the spring broke on my garage door and it wouldn't open at all - fortunately my car was already out when it happened! The technician was very friendly, had all the parts I needed were right on his truck, and he was done in no time. If I ever have problems again, Precision is who I'll call!

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision starting with the first phone call. The speed of being able to schedule an appointment was appreciated. Bakari did an excellent job. He began with a complete inspection of the door and pointed out other components that had already failed, or were about to. Sure this gets them more business, but it is also a good service in that it saves an extra service call when something else fails (and an extra couple of days of parking outside). Service was quick and he cleaned up after himself completely. After the job was complete he fully explained everything he did and even offered to adjust the garage door opener (which was not part of the repair).

Service repairman Bakari Hernandez came to our home on a Sunday to investigate our opener which had stopped functioning. He quickly determined that our opener could not be repaired. He installed a new opener, explained the features and warranty, and removed our old opener and hardware. We called for repair on our garage door that would not go up about 9:15 am. At 10:30 am the service truck arrived and by 11:30 the job was complete and the door was fixed. The two technicians who did the repair were knowledge, efficient and courteous. They replaced a gear and sprocket and did a 25-point inspection. The charges seemed reasonable for the repair.
