Was very happy with there service on my garage door opener. Serviceman was friendly, polite and knew what he was doing. He came on time and fixed it in no time. I would certainly call Precision again for any garage door issues and happily give them 5 stars.

I didn't know what to expect, since this was our first experience with Prescision, and our garage door opener was at least 20 years old, and not working well. Harris, the technician, was very nice and went right to work to diagnose the problem. He made some adjustments, and the garage door works like new, (well, almost; it IS old!) I would recommend Precision to family and friends.

Repeat customer from 2012. Harris was very friendly, repaired my opener on a very timely basis, he knew his stuff (replaced a stripped gear). I was much more satisfied with this service this time. I give this service 5 stars.

We needed our broken garage door springs repaired in a hurry late in the day on a Friday. Precision sent a technician out within a few hours of my call. Prior to his arrival I rec'd an email confirming all details including l who my technician would be. Harris arrived early, was very professional and efficient, and completed the job in less than one hour. He was also able to make other repairs to the garage door that I already knew we needed, but hadn't done anything about. Very happy with the service and the professional manner in which business is conducted. Would highly recommend!

First off, your email to us with photos of the person coming out was awesome. I wasn't home but my wife and son tell me the technician was very helpful, checked all three doors, advised on why our light bulbs were burning out so quickly on the door openers and just went through everything to insure all was working. I thought it was going to cost more than it did which is very impressive. So in a nutshell, value from price standpoint, service was superb and your company appears to be far more professional than any other I have dealt with and I am referring to all kinds of service businesses. So thank you very much for helping us and I wish you success because no doubt you will have it. As to a rating absolutely a 5 but I would say a 10!

I was very pleased with my garage door repair. I like that the repairman was easily recognizable by his uniform, truck and name tag and that I was given his name in advance for my own protection. The broken cable was fixed without any sales pitch to replace other parts I didn't need. My only suggestion is to get a paper receipt. I never did get a copy on my Email, despite calling and asking for it.

I called Precision because the ad that was placed in the Yellow Pages stated that they could do custom garage doors. I called the number in the book and talked with a very nice lady, she also told me that it was possible to make a custom garage door. When the sale rep/ service tech came to give me a quote, he pulled out his brochures of factory made doors, none of which would fit my needs. Dave said he would go back to the office and that Precision Door would get back to me with a quote for the door that I requested. That very same afternoon I received a call from Dave telling me that they could not produce the door I requested.

This is the very reason we like to send someone to your, home at no cost to you, to get accurate measurements as well as an "eyes on" perspective. Once again, we are very sorry that we could not get a door that fit your needs.
