I got home from a walk and discovered that my garage door made a loud crash and would not open. My car was inside.
I got in and saw a broken spring. My children needed to be picked up from school, so I was a little worried about the situation.
I went to the internet to find help, and your site came up as a local contractor. I did call others, but reached answering machines. Your live operator was very polite and said she would have a repair person to my home within the next two hours. Within 30 minutes Spencer was at my door and diagnosed the problem. He also did a thorough inspection of the door. He was able to make all the necessary repairs on the spot! He aslo gave me real quotes, no hassles. Two hours after I called your company my garage door works better that it ever has. It is quieter, looks a lot better, and clearly safer. I am one happy customer! That could have really wrecked my day, but Spencer came in and saved it.

We discovered we had a broken spring around 7:00am on a Friday morning. A quick Google turned up Precision, and the positive reviews and 24 hour phone service got my business. I called about 7:30am and got an appointment between 8-10am that same day.

Stu called about 9:00am and said he be there in about a half hour. At 9:30 he arrived and went over the problem and replacement cost. Prior to the spring failing, my garage door sounded pretty terrible opening. As Stu worked on replacing the springs, he found some other issues due to a sub-par installation. He ended up making some additional repairs and replacing a few other components.

In about an hour and a half I had a quiet working garage door again. I would recommend Stu and Precision to any needing a repair.

While making the appointment I indicated that I had to leave for work by 11am and would appreciate any accommodations to my schedule.
