Precision tries to provide same day service when possible. That was the case today. I called at 3:30 pm and the technician was at my door by 5:00 pm. (I live just west of Madison, WI.) That is just awesome! I've worked with two of their technicians. Both were so knowledgable, professional and responsive that it's simply a pleasure to do business with them. Billing and payment are done on site with a very efficient electronic process. I don't give 5 stars very often, but they deserve every one. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service. Great Technician. Timely service to repair our garage door is the most valuable attribute. Will definitely call again if service is required. Replaced garage door springs, rollers, bearings and cable - basically a garage door overhaul. Rating is 5 stars

I informed Mike what the issue was whenever the garage door was opened. He tested it out discovered the problem, stated he had never seen this problem before. He replaced both aluminum drums and cables. Mike took the time to show me what the problem was and the defective parts.

In November we had our garage door fixed through your services and were satisfied. When this new problem occured we naturally thought of you. It was a bitter cold day and the young man who got out to us about 6:00 pm that evening. I knew he already had a full day of repair work under nasty conditions. He was just great! Called at 8:30pm, and I had an appointment for the morning. Technician Mike Zahn was great, very professional, he showed me what he had discovered when he started taking the garage door hardware apart. Such as the damage that was being done from bad bearings, pulley issues and also what would/could cause future problems. I then decided to get your Torsion Package with the lifetime warranty. I would definitely if possible ask for Mike Zahn again and I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Our house received a lightning strike that took both garage door openers out of commission, among other issues in the house. Precision responded to my phone call with a service call to the house the same day and then returned the following day. Ken was very easy to work with, on time, and did what he said he would do. I am very happy with Precision, would use them again, and would recommend them to others.

Service was wonderful. My car was trapped in my garage, and Bakari was able to come to my home quickly (ahead of the scheduled time!), and finished the necessary repairs (springs and cables) in under an hour. He was great - very professional. I'd have him come out to my home to do any future repairs. Excellent. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the price of 90 dollars for cables and 380 for the springs. Pretty steep markup. All said and done, the cost of the repair was just under $500 for 45 minutes of work and a new set of cables and springs.

The service technition arrived midway through the 2 hour window. He was very professional and explained the repair completely and gave me an estimate. The springs and plate were repaired promptly. He adjusted and lubricated the door and opener and showed me how to maintain them for best operation and longevity. Thank you!

The spring broke on our garage door. When Chris arrived to survey the situation he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, as I had to keep calling my husband at work with details and questions. Because of the age of the door and it's parts we elected to replace the door and all its working parts. Chris was unable to do the install that day because the door had to come from another location. It is being installed early next week. But we were able to do all of the paperwork and everything ahead of time so that the install should be quick and painless.
