Precision has installed 2 door openers for me (I have 2 garage doors), at separate times. There was a minor hiccup with the installation of the second door and it was rectified immediately. I can't say enough about a company that actually delivers what they promise, and they exceeded my expectations. They have earned my business and recommendation to others.

Loved that they were able to come the next day (Sunday) at no extra charge! Stu was a very friendly guy and explained everything to me. Did great work and in a reasonable amount of time. Loved that he took the time to explained everything and that he cleaned up after himself as well (yes you heard me right, he cleaned up after himself! Lots of contract worker don't lately) And the whole time he had a smile on his face and it was freezing outside! Thanks Precision for sending a knowledgable and friendly tech to do the job!!! Definitely will be recommending them and saving number!!!

What a great door opener! It's quite and no more noisy and greasey screw drive. The Liftmaster was a great recommendation. The work area was clean when job was completed. Stu explained that a electrician has to make a permanent wiring connection, which I will have done. Thanks again, Rosemary

Hi, Appointment was set up quickly. Service rep explained all my options so I could make the best choice for repair. Door needed a total overhaul. I live in a condo and the association thought the price was a little steep and suggested another quote.He tried to get the service chg waived but no one available to approve. However, I liked the rep so I went ahead with the work.

We had a lightening strike that fried our garage door opener and a neighbor's. Stu was out within a couple of hours. He replaced the circuit boards, installed surge protectors, and repaired my garage door frame which I hadn't even called for. Calling Precision was a risk as I had no references and found them on a Google search. I couldn't be happier with the decision.

I have to admit, I was somewhat skeptical about the "same day" pledge; but you know what? My skepticism was unfounded: Precision showed up on time. I was also a little skeptical about the service quality behind the attractive web design and spiffy service truck decor; but you know what? First of all, thanks for keeping me posted on my service call and coming out as soon as possible on a Saturday, no less. Mike answered all my questions and was very professional. Mike had installed my new garage door opener earlier this year. I had a service issue and they were able to send Mike out the same day. He spotted the issue immediately with my older door and was able to make an adjustment and it works great. He's the best. I'm thinking of getting a new door and will use Precision.
