Brandon Washington was a fantastic installation tech. He was prompt, provided clear, specific and proactive communication and went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was installed correctly and safely. He was professional and left the site clean and tidy. We had a particularly tough situation as our old, heavy door had come off the hinges and another company left it collapsed and inside out. Brandon immediately assessed the situation and figured out what he had to do in order to get the job done with a positive attitude. I would request him again and would recommend Precision Door to others.
