I got home from a walk and discovered that my garage door made a loud crash and would not open. My car was inside. I got in and saw a broken spring. My children needed to be picked up from school, so I was a little worried about the situation. I went to the internet to find help, and your site came up as a local contractor. I did call others, but reached answering machines. Your live operator was very polite and said she would have a repair person to my home within the next two hours. Within 30 minutes Spencer was at my door and diagnosed the problem. He also did a thorough inspection of the door. He was able to make all the necessary repairs on the spot! He aslo gave me real quotes, no hassles. Two hours after I called your company my garage door works better that it ever has. It is quieter, looks a lot better, and clearly safer. I am one happy customer! That could have really wrecked my day, but Spencer came in and saved it.

Prompt service. Called when he was on his way. Pointed out what was broken and needed repair as well as what was wearing but not yet broken. Provided separate quotes for fixing the broken parts and another quote for what it would cost to also replace the worn parts. Helpfully gave a ball-park estimate as to how long the wearing parts would last so I could decide what I currently wanted to replace. He had a pre-emptive, informative, but not overly pushy approach. Courteous, and quick repair.

I had just returned late from the hospital where my husband was recuperating from open-heart surgery, and my garage door collapsed just as it was almost closed. Using the Yellow Pages, I called Precision about 10:00 pm and was told by a lovely young woman that they could have someone out the next morning. Imagine my relief! The young man that came was very polite, efficient, and had it all repaired by 11:00 am. I was able to have lunch with my husband by 12:00! I would highly recommend Precision!!
