I did not get a chance to meet Mike personally, but chatted with him over the phone regarding my needed repairs. He was a pleasure to work with - very knowledgable and gave me some good advice yet did not try to "upsell" me on things that I did not really need. I could not be happier with the work he did for us - I'd give him 6 starts if I could!

(Please do not list my email address if you post this review!!)......your service technician not only repaired the broken spring on my garage door -- but he reconditioned all of the rollers, replacing the bracing, cables, etc.....the door works perfectly and quietly. I am extremely happy with his service and the guarantee you offer on this work! Happy that I called you to service the door!

Hi Folks, Just a simple note to express my amazement at the response and service I received the other day with the repair of my garage door springs. Mike Gonyo was the most courteous and proficient tech that I have ever encountered. The speed and perfection he demonstrated in the repair of my door was truly exceptional. I only wish that I had more garage doors to repair because I would surely request the return of Mike to accomplish the repair. In closing all I can say is "THANKY YOU" for the great service and response. PS - the door works better than when it was new!!!!!

After having a laundry list of things that have needed repair at our house recently, Mike Gonyo has got to be the best technician I've ever dealt with. Mike was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He showed me everything he was doing, offered all the options, explained why, and handled any questions or concerns that I threw at him. Mike did a FANTASTIC job repairing our garage door. It broke at 5pm and our vehicles were stuck inside. Our door is 300 lbs., so there was no way we were going to be able to get to work on time in the morning. I called the number from the website and they gave me a window from 8pm-10pm when the service technician would arrive. He called at 8:45 to let us know he would be there in 15 min. He was extremely professional and kind even though he had been working since 6am that morning. It wasn't an easy job as our door is apparently a very tight fit. He got the job done efficiently and the door hasn't been this quiet since we moved here. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Mike Gonyo! Keep up the outstanding work!
