Back in January I had a new garage door installed. At that time your advertising was the main reason I called you. This time I was having trouble with my garage door shutting completely. I thought it had something to do with the programming, but the wire coming to the eye was frayed causing shorts in the signal. Both times, the Service Technicians were informed, gave great explanations as to the problem, took time to educate me on how to avoid the problem, fix the problem myself or what to watch for, Performed the service needed in a timely manner and were very fair with the billing. Our garage door broke on a Sunday. We called that day and made an appointment for the next day. Mike was here in the time that was stated. He was very friendly and honest about the two different types of springs and the cost of each. He stated we needed roller bearings and the rest of the door was in good shape. If we ever need a new garage door or know someone that does, we would highly recommend Precision for the job. Great workmanship!!!!! Thanks

Great service!! Same day weekend service(within a few hours of my call)is fabulous!!! The guys secured wheel/pin quickly after it flew off (luckily no damage to my car or myself). Also tightend the rest of the door, explained every aspect of garage door info & maintanance. I have an old old door but if/when I need a new one, you'll be the one I call. Called on a Sat at 2pm, they said a technician would be here between 6-8 pm and Mike Gonyo was here by 6:30 pm. He came to fix a broken spring and then pointed out that one of our cables was rusted and would likely break in about a year or 2. He showed us the problem and we had him swap out 2 new stainless steel cables in addition to the springs. He walked me through proper maintainence and added some low temp grease to the door opener screw drive. WOW! It is so much quieter! Mike was fast yet thorough. I highly recommend Precision!!

We wanted to express our appreciation for the level of customer service the Mike Gonyo provided tonight when he came to look at our garage door. We have been having trouble with the door not wanting to open all the way and stopping part of the way up. Mike did a thorough inspection of what we currently have and explained what he was seeing and testing and he outlined all of our options. There was no pressure to go one way or another and he answered all of our questions completely. We were Mike's last stop for the day and he did not show any signes of wanting this to be a quick appointment. He gave us his full attention and was very friendly and informative. The gentlemen who arrived here were great. They called when they were 15 minutes out and arrived within that time frame. They were out to repair a broken cable , but walked us through the wear and tear of 17 year old garage doors. We had them overhaul both of the doors and with all that they replaced for us the doors are running much more smoothly and quieter. They also discussed with us some preventative maintainence we could do ourselves to help prolong the life of the doors. The best part of it all was the the bill was just as they had quoted us.-no add-ons or other surprises.
