Mike is a life long resident of Waukesha where he currently lives with his wife of five years and his dog, a four year old boxer/terrier mix. In his free time he enjoys working on projects around the house, camping and spending time at the family hunting cabin in Wittenberg, WI. Mike enjoys being a service technician for Precision Door Service because he likes working with his hands and educating our customer's about the functionality, maintenance and safety of their garage doors.

Your service technicians(Mike Gonyo/DJ) were personable and very knowledgeable about garage doors...they answered all my questions. They also gave me some helpful hints on keeping my garage door in good working condition. They arrived earlier than expected (they called first to make sure it was okay), which I appreciated, rather than waiting around all day!!

Called at night for a broken spring and got an appointment the next morning. Mike & Dave were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained all my options, and completed the repairs in a very reasonable amount of time. The garage door is smoother and quieter than when it was new. Very satisfied with all the work performed!

Mike my service guy was very helpful - showed me how I can adjust the operator up/down and how to grease the rollers/hinges each year. Totally worth every penny. When you are a single mom, often times you hate making a call for service, but it was a great experience, felt totally comfortable.

Mike came out and rebalanced the door. A day or two later, the door was out of balance again due to me not controlling the door as I opened it. Mike came back out, rebalanced the door and showed me how to open and close it properly.

The technician who repaired my garage door is an excellent representative/spokesperson for Precision Door Service. He went above and beyond his duty for the service call. He was professional, courteous and explained in detail what the problem was and gave me options on the repair needed. In the future, I will not hesitate in calling Precision again.
