I was very pleased with the office person I talked to on the phone. I thought the tech was very knowledgeable with the problem I had. I had made my appointment with Precision to repair broken springs, but I was also able to purchase new door openers, replace a bent piece of track and have the weather stripping replaced, all in one visit. Everything they needed was on their truck, ready to go. The technicians were very prompt and did an excellent job!

The technician arrived on time and completed the repair in a professional manner. He fully explained what repairs were needed before commencing with the repair and reviewed the status of the door system after the repair. I was impressed. I was referred to Precision by National Door. They were unable to give me same day service and named your company when I asked for a referral. I'll probably stay with you for any future work.

I purchased the new Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener, WOW is it quiet! The Service Technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The features and quietness of the Liftmaster were beyond my expectations for a door opener. This opener was an install job for a second door that never had an opener. The install was fast yet attention to detail was a priority. Great job and I would certainly call again.

The technician arrived on the scheduled time, identified the problem and told me what had to be done. He replaced a cable which had broken due to rust. He suggested both cables be replaced. I agreed. He was very professional and new his job well. He also showed me how to grease the door and suggested I do this couple times a year. Your email contact and background on the technicians is greatly appreciated - a real sign of customer care and service. I will definitely call again when I need service. Very satisfied customer.

Last Wed the 25th of January our garage door opener decided to stop! Okay, who to do...open the yellow pages! I then called Precision Door because they service the Mukwonago area. I called and Rachel (a very kind customer service person) set me up for an appointment that same day! Mike arrived! He was professional, articulate and extremely knowledgeable on all of his product! He was very quick to give us his diagnoses along with his free advise! We ended up having a new opener installed. Mike was quick and thorough! We are so pleased with the service all the way around from Precision Door and will strongly recommend them! In this day and age of declining customer service, it was very refreshing to meet Mike! The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. Mike Sukup responded and evaluated the condition, explained the status and gave me options to assure that the door system would operate reliably in the future. He replaced the springs, brackets, roller system, made adjustments to eliminate drafts and tested the motor. He obviously has great skills in this work. He is an asset to your company. Now we do not have to be concerned about door system failure or an accident.

Good afternoon. On Thursday, June 9th, I called your company to get my broken garage door spring fixed. I learned of your company from seeing an ad in the local Pewaukee phone book. I spoke to Teresa, who was able to schedule the repair that morning between 9-11 AM. Within that time period, the repair person showed up at my house. He was very courteous and friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly to me. The technician was able to fix the broken spring, but also fixed my garage door opener unit (that I had broken while dealing with the broken spring). He also suggested replacement of the rollers, which I agreed to. Overall, I was very pleased with his work. He conducted himself in a very professional manner, of which I appreciated. I am a strong believer in positive feedback when warranted. I wanted to make sure I made you aware of my experience with Precision Door Service. Thank you very much.
