They showed up right on time. The technician was very nice. He gave me many suggestions to maintain my garage door. My only complaint is that I was not quoted over the phone with the service call or fuel surcharge fee. I understand that a service center gives out quotes, but misleading none the less. Over all I am very satisfied with the service.
