After calling about 10 garage door repair companies and seeking an evening appointment, I came across Precision Door Company. They didn't have crazy service fees for a 5 PM appointment, and they offered evening appointments! The receptionist who took my call was very pleasant and told me the technician would be out between 5pm & 7pm on a Friday evening. Great! The tech called about 4:30pm and told me he was running a little early and asked if it was OK if he could come early. No problem. My husband chatted with him and he had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes of arriving. He fixed the door, the price was very reasonable, the tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Excellent service, especially for a Friday night after 5pm! Thank You!

Precision was listed as a local company in the Stoughton Home Town Yellow Pages. Door would not close in cold weather. By the time Precision got here it had warmed up and was working. We had worn bearing, rollers, mis-aligned frame, hard to manually close & open the door. Precision repaced bearings, most rollers, re-aligned the frame to the door by cutting out the drywall edge to accomplish this. They also adjusted the tension settings. Rob explained all that was going on, future problems with an under size motor for weight of the door and high force settings currently on the opener. I give them 5 stars on all for report card. Patrick Raffel was along in traning? with Rob. Professional appearance and work.
