I called Precision regarding a broken garage door spring on Tuesday night and they had a technician, Jezrel, at my house at 11am on Wednesday. Jezrel was great. He showed me what issues existed with my garage door and quoted me pricing for multiple repair options. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend Precision Door Service and Jezrel to anyone in need of service.

After inspecting the problem he explained what was needed and the cost and then asked if I wanted the repairs done. When he completed the repairs he answered all of my questions. Was extremely pleased with the service rendered by Precision Door. Could not open the door with my car in the garage. Called for service at approximately 7:30 AM, . Precision service technician arrived around 10:00 that morning. Broken spring was fixed within the hour. Technician also recommended replacing rollers and drums on the door to insure the door will continue to operate without problems for a longer period of time. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

Frankly. I just picked you from the yellow pages. The repair tech. was wonderful. I'm sure he could tell from my questions, I didn't know what the heck I was talking about. I am very disappointed with Precision Door. My garage door broke on June 8th and had to buy a new garage door. The new door won't be installed until June 29th, 3 weeks without a garage. I would have hoped a garage door could be installed in a more timely manner. My opinion, 3 weeks is too long to be without your garage.

I'm apologize about the timeframe on your delivery. We have many standard in stock doors that our customer's can choose from. Unfortunately, because of the options your chose for your new door, we had to special order the door from the manufacturer. They then expedite the orders to us, based on their manufacturing schedules. I truly hope that you are enjoying your door and the fresh new look.

The technician really looked at my garage door/opener to determine the cause of problems and then patiently explained all of my options. I asked him to replace everything but the door, and he stayed until almost 8 PM to complete the job. I certainly appreciated his efforts and the same day service!

The Technician was very quick and explained all my options. I went with the best option so I don't run into any more problems. Great quality. I got a LiftMaster Belt Drive Opener with MyQ Technology and a hardware overhaul package. Hard to hear if the door is opening or closing. Nice to be able to see the status of my door on my cell phone.

The guys were right on time, very professional and personable and did an excellent job repairing our springs and rollers. It was a great experience. Steve was courteous and professional. Right on time. He was knowledgeable and worked diligently. We recommend Steve and Precision Door Service to everyone we know. A spring flew off our door and we thought a new one had to be purchased, but Steve's honesty and professional opinion said "You don't need a new spring, your spring is in good condition." He not only re-installed our spring, he went through the entire system. He put safety cables on and adjusted our garage door opener and tension. I know that when we are ready to replace our door Precision Door Service will be called and Steve requested :)

David did an outstanding job! I called early in the morning and he not only showed up later that day, he was there 5 minutes early. He provided excellent options and helped me weigh the advantages/disadvantages of an upgrade vs. immediate fix. Ultimately, he sold me on the right package for my situation. He was very personable and professional, and I will no doubt be referring him to others within my condo association. He is a hard worker, and as a Veteran, I can appreciate his integrity and ethics. Technician was on time, knew exactly what was wrong, gave an estimate and had the opener fixed and adjusted within 45 minutes. He was polite and knowledgeable. The only reason that it wasn't a five was that I thought that the price was a bit high. I could have almost gone to Lowes and gotten a new one for what it cost, but since I know that my opener was good quality and didn't know about Lowe's openers I opted for the repair.

Coldest day of the year. Came installed in a couple hours, done. At first I was unsure, since there was only one choice, but after 6 months, I love it. Programmable, outside key pad, closes automatically, and a phone app, that tells me when the door opens, and if it's currently open or closed.
