We had a spring break late Friday night and I thought we'd be stuck without a functional door for days. Fortunately, I reached Precision and my phone call was answered by a live person - even on a Saturday morning! An appt was set for the next day (Sunday). Colin was a great tech; called ahead to confirm he was on his way with an ETA, showed up in logo'd gear and van so I knew it was him, walked through the issue with me, patiently went through the repair requirements and maintenance options, then went right to work as soon as we had agreed on next steps. He was finished faster than I thought he'd be, he went through again what he'd fixed, worked through the billing, and was on his way. Overall, a great experience and I'll be calling Precision again with any future needs.

You installed our door 3 years ago and we were happy with your service then. Today the young man who came was very courteous and helpful and was able to fix the problem quickly. He also showed me how best to lubricate the door to keep it working smoothly. He also helped me re-program our keypad and was very patient with both things. We reached out around 1 (which the chat system was VERY prompt in responding) in the afternoon and Jake Roszina was there about 2 hours later, which is within the time frame we were given. Jake was very knowledgeable about product and professional. Would highly recommend him in future services needed. Wasn't a pushy salesman. We needed the sensors replaced which was done very quickly. We experienced excellent service. Our garage door opener broke this morning so at 7:30 a.m. I chatted online with a customer service agent who scheduled same-day service. The technician came out and gave me a few different options and a price for each. He had the new opener installed in about an hour and then went over the details of how everything worked. Due to an unexpected breakdown of our overhead garage door on Sunday as we were leaving for Church, we needed to find help fast so that we could get our cars out and secure our home, as the door would not open, We did manage to open it with the manual release but after closing it would not open again. This emergency prompted us to look for help fast and on a Sunday morning, we did not expect to have much success in doing so. Upon our return home I immediately checked the internet and found the website for Precision and low and behold they had a 24 hrs 7 day phone number I called and spoke to a very professional and helpful lady who got us set up right away for an earlier Monday morning repair I was amazed and thankful. I read the reviews for Precision and in doing so felt we made a wise choice, However experiencing their work in person would be the real judge and we can only say that after their service agent Collin Horsch contacted us to tell us what time he would be arriving as promised and the subsequent repair he completed for us we can only say that a 5-star rating of his company is well earned, he was professional and most helpful in explaining our options, he worked quickly and professionally to complete our repairs to our full satisfaction. For the past couple days, I was looking for a company that has really good reviews. Google is so easy. Then I came across this company and I knew it was the one I would use. I called Monday morning and by early noon Colin was at my door ready to work! He talked to me through two different options. I chose the one that worked best for me. I had a broken spring, so there were wires sticking out everywhere. I also had issues with my garage door roller coming off the track. He fixed them and more and got everything looking new again! So happy to be able to pull my car in garage knowing that snow is coming again! Thank you Colin you made this easy for me.
