This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done with the exception of one small point that is partially my fault. The tech had a problem removing the bottom hinge on one side of the door and asked me if it was ok to saw off the part and cut the bottom door seal. I told him it was ok expecting he was just going to cut the seal (as it was already damaged and I was going to replace it anyway). He ended up cutting the seal and the track and the outside of the track holder. I have been unable to locate the same kind that was used. It's a U shaped plastic piece that bolts to the inside of the door. So I now am short about 4" of track for the seal.

Other than that 5 stars.

The door now runs quieter that it has in a long time.
Stu was spot on the dot on time - never happens with any other company. His work was efficient, he left the area clean when he was done. New cables, new rollers, track lube and adjusted the springs. Door noise went from a 747 landing to whisper quiet.

I had just returned late from the hospital where my husband was recuperating from open-heart surgery, and my garage door collapsed just as it was almost closed. Using the Yellow Pages, I called Precision about 10:00 pm and was told by a lovely young woman that they could have someone out the next morning. Imagine my relief! The young man that came was very polite, efficient, and had it all repaired by 11:00 am. I was able to have lunch with my husband by 12:00! I would highly recommend Precision!!

I walked into the garage on a Sunday morning to find the door partially open, angled unevenly with a track bowed out horribly on one side. After a brief internet search, I selected Precision Garage Doors due the multiple positive reviews. I called them, and a technician arrived roughly 40 minutes later. Spencer was very positive and knowledgeable, quickly assessing the situation and concluding that it was not nearly as bad as I had envisioned. Within an hour or so, he had not only fixed the door, but had it operating smoother and quieter than prior to its malfunction. The replacement parts were fewer than I had anticipated and the price was reasonable - especially given that the door was fixed two hours after I realized it was broken! I would recommend Precision and will definitely call them again.

After calling Precision Door, they were able to send a technician out to our house within a few hours. I was not expecting someone to come out so quickly or in the evening. Our door would not stay down and it had become a big problem. The technician replaced the sensors and also reset our keypad. The price for the service call, parts, and labor was fair and the work was done quickly. I am very happy with the service.

The technicians were professional and efficient. They did a great job and got the garage door up and running within an hour. My only frustration was that the reason I picked your company is because of the same day repair I was told about and I made the appointment for Monday and when the technician showed I was informed that I would need a new opener but he did not have one and they would have to come back the next day and luckily that worked out for my schedule. Also the price we were initially told was $250 and then with installation $350. But when the other technician showed up Tuesday and completed the work we owed $450 which seemed odd that the price kept jumping from Monday till Tuesday. Besides the higher price and the two day repair everything was good. Thanks.
